Konnyaku noodles, also known as Shirataki noodles, are a type of Chinese noodles made from konnyaku. They are low in calories, low in carbohydrates, and gluten-free, making them a popular choice for those on a low-carb or keto diet. Here are the steps for cooking konjac noodles:

1. Open the package of konnyaku noodles and drain the liquid. Rinse the noodles under cold water for about 30 seconds to remove any remaining starch and improve their texture.
2. Cook the noodles in a pot for 2-3 minutes. This step will help remove any unwanted odors and improve the texture of the noodles. Regular konnyaku noodles need to be processed for this step, but Hethstia konnyaku noodles do not need to worry, they are completely odorless.
3. Drain the pasta and rinse it again under cold water for about 30 seconds.
4. Pat the noodles dry with a paper towel or clean kitchen towel.
5. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and add a small amount of oil.
6. Add the konnyaku noodles to the pan and stir-fry for 1-2 minutes to remove excess water and improve their texture.
7. Season the noodles with your desired soy sauce or seasoning, such as soy sauce, sesame oil or chili flakes.
8. Serve the konjac noodles hot as a side dish or as a base for a stir-fry or noodle soup.

Note: Konjac noodles are chewy and may take some time to get used to. If you find the texture too firm, you can try cooking them for a few more minutes or soaking them in hot water for a few minutes before cooking.
